October, 2006 Sport Builders was profiled in the Business section of the Reading Eagle in October. Albright College also featured Sport Builders and Matt Jacobs, president, in an article in the Albright College Alumni newsletter. Matt is a graduate of Albright College and was the number one player for the tennis team.
July, 2006 Sport Builders created the unique multi-colored tennis court surface for the Philadelphia Freedoms and Delaware Smash of the World Team Tennis Pro League. The design for the courts was originally created by Billie Jean King in the 1970s when the league was formed. The WTT decided to use that design for the 2006 season. The Philadelphia Freedoms play at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA and the Delaware Smash play at Astra Zeneca in Wilmington, DE. |
